Being in nature invigorates and enlivens our minds and at the same time creates tranquility. It restores the mind allowing us to be more focused, and stimulates our creativity.
What’s your purpose?
This isn’t a philosophical question about life but a question about authenticity and critical thinking, about reflection and consideration. It’s the question we should ask ourselves before we put pen to paper, before we open our mouths, before we hit the Send button.

We love this thing called dance, whether as a performer or spectator. Dance—or movement—from an evolutionary perspective, has been one of our earliest forms of communication.
Waking up this morning to the sound of birdsong, I was reminded that spring is in the air. Birdsong refreshes our senses, gives us a shot of happiness and according to scientists, boosts our cognitive abilities.
Fans were used by the ladies and gentlemen of the sixteenth century — to communicate discreet messages of love. A fashion accessory with it’s own flirtation language …fascinating, don’t you agree?
